Maryland High School Basketball - Crossland ripped by Oxon Hill

The Oxon Hill Clippers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Crossland Cavaliers to 21 in the Clippers league triumph on Thursday.
The Clippers now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Surrattsville for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Tuesday, January 10. Oxon Hill will battle a Hornets team coming off a 62-34 league loss to Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 1-6.
The Cavaliers (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (Upper Marlboro, MD). The enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South triumphed over High Point (Beltsville, MD), 60-51, in a league contest.
