The Dupo Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Lebanon Greyhounds to 38 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlyle for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Dupo will meet a Indians team coming off a 47-31 non-league loss to Flora (Flora, IL). The Indians record now stands at 5-10.

The Greyhounds (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Valmeyer (Valmeyer, IL). The Pirates enter the Cahokia - Kaskaskia contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Valmeyer was nudged by Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL), 59-50, in a non-league contest.
