The Eagan Wildcats basketball team (Eagan, MN), was nudged 61-55 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN)
The Lightning now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeville North for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Eastview will battle a Panthers team coming off a 75-62 league win over Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 7-1.
The Wildcats (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mayo (Rochester, MN). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Mayo was nudged by Owatonna (Owatonna, MN), 73-54, in a league battle.
