The Livingston Lancers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Nutley Maroon Raiders to 34 in the Lancers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Lancers now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belleville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Livingston will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 42-41 league win over Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Buccaneers record now stands at 4-2.
The Maroon Raiders (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers come into the non-league bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Millburn was knocked off by West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ), 85-61, in a league bout.
