The McKay Royal Scots basketball team (Salem, OR), was overwhelmed 67-28 in Thursday's league battle with the host South Albany Redhawks (Albany, OR)
The Redhawks now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Silverton for a 5A Mid-Willamette battle on Monday, January 9. South Albany will battle a Foxes team coming off a 53-48 league win over Central (Independence, OR). The Foxes record now stands at 4-7.
The Royal Scots (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Dallas (Dallas, OR). The Dragons come into the 5A Mid-Willamette battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Dallas was overwhelmed by Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR), 47-33, in a league battle.
