The Pottsgrove Falcons basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Upper Merion Area Vikings to 49 in the Falcons league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sun Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Pottsgrove will battle a Vanguards team coming off a 57-34 non-league win over Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA). The Vanguards record now stands at 5-4.

The Vikings (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Owen J. Roberts was defeated by Downingtown East (Exton, PA), 68-60, in a non-league contest.
