West Memphis Christian Black Knights (West Memphis, AR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Regents Lions (Oxford, MS), 66-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, West Memphis Christian upgrades its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Columbus Christian Academy (Steens, MS) to play the rams in a MAIS 2A District 1 bout on Friday, January 6. The rams come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Lions play the Hebron Christian Eagles (Pheba, MS) in a MAIS 2A District 1 bout, on Friday, January 13. Regents will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
