In Thursday's non-league outing, the Adrian Antelopes (Adrian, OR) basketball squad beat the host Cove Leopards (Cove, OR), by a margin of 57-48.
The Antelopes (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Prairie City/Burnt River (Prairie City, OR). The go into the 1A High Desert outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Prairie City/Burnt River defeated Jordan Valley (Jordan Valley, OR), 48-26, in a league outing.
The Leopards now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Imbler for a 1A Old Oregon outing on Friday, January 6. Cove will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 58-28 league win over Pilot Rock/Ukiah (Pilot Rock, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 9-2.
