With the victory, Cheverus improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Stags travel to Portland (Portland, ME) to play the Bulldogs in a AA North challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Portland lost 63-24 in their recent league challenge against Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME)

Next up, the Rams play the Windham Eagles (Windham, ME) in a AA North challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Deering will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 55-43 non-league loss to Thornton Academy (Saco, ME).
