Nebraska High School Basketball - Clarkson/Leigh ripped by North Bend Central

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting North Bend Central Tigers basketball team scored a decisive 47-24 triumph over the Clarkson/Leigh Patriots.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the West Point-Beemer Cadets (West Point, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 6. North Bend Central will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Cadets enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 61-47 non-league loss to Wynot (Wynot, NE).

With the defeat, Clarkson/Leigh moves to 8-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Tekamah-Herman (Tekamah, NE) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, January 7. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-6. Tekamah-Herman lost 53-44 in their recent non-league match against West Monona (Onawa, IA)
