Coram Deo Academy Lions (Plano, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel (Richardson, TX), 61-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Coram Deo Academy upgrades its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Lions host Bishop Gorman (Tyler, TX) to play the Crusaders in a TAPPS 3A District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 5-13. Bishop Gorman lost 41-23 in their recent league bout against Cornerstone Christian Academy (McKinney, TX)

Next up, the Sentinel play the Bishop Gorman Crusaders (Tyler, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 2 bout, on Thursday, January 19. North Dallas Adventist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
