Dora Bulldogs (Dora, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Corner Yellow Jackets (Warrior, AL), 55-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Dora upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, AL) to play the Aggies in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Hamilton won 61-31 in their recent league bout against Haleyville (Haleyville, AL)

Next up, the Yellow Jackets play the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Corner will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Fighting Saints go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 56-28 non-league win over Appalachian (Oneonta, AL).
