The Early College Hornets (Dover, DE) basketball knocked off the visiting Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE), 39-31 in Thursday's league test.
The Spartans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Seaford for a Henlopen - Southern test on Tuesday, January 10. Lake Forest will encounter a Bluejays squad coming off a 76-65 league win over Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE). The Bluejays record now stands at 2-2.
