The Haddon Heights Garnets basketball team (Haddon Heights, NJ), was nudged 66-60 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ)
The Thundering Herd now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodstown for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7. Woodbury will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 58-37 league win over Penns Grove (Carneys Point, NJ). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-4.
The Garnets (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Egg Harbor Township edged Hammonton (Hammonton, NJ), 48-39, in a non-league battle.
