Vermont High School Basketball - Long Trail crushes Mill River

Long Trail (Dorset, VT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT), 78-17 in a league bout.
With the win, Long Trail upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The host Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 9-1.
Next up, the Minutemen play the Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Mill River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 66-6 non-league loss to Poultney (Poultney, VT).
