The Regis Ramblers basketball team (Eau Claire, WI), was toppled 53-45 in Thursday's league battle with the host McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI)
The Macks now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ladysmith for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7. McDonell Central will confront a Lumberjacks team coming off a 66-48 league win over Chetek-Weyerhaeuser (Chetek, WI). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 5-3.
The Ramblers (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Whitehall (Whitehall, WI). The Norse come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Whitehall beat Independence (Independence, WI), 50-43, in a non-league battle.
