The The Ambrose School Archers basketball team (Meridian, ID), was overwhelmed 64-31 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID)
The Mustangs now possess a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marsing for a 2A Western Idaho battle on Saturday, January 7. Melba will confront a Huskies team coming off a 55-23 league loss to The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 3-9.
The Archers (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Trojans come into the 2A Western Idaho battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Nampa Christian was overwhelmed by Malad (Malad, ID), 56-30, in a non-league battle.
