The Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY) basketball crushed the host West Seneca East Trojans (West Seneca, NY), 58-17 in Thursday's league test.
The Flames (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Amherst Central (Amherst, NY). The Tigers go into the Section 6 Erie County II test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Amherst Central was trounced by Iroquois (Elma, NY), 63-41, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Williamsville South for a Section 6 Erie County II test on Monday, January 9. West Seneca East will encounter a Billies squad coming off a 76-70 league win over Sweet Home (Amherst, NY). The Billies record now stands at 4-1.
