The Reed Raiders basketball team scored 23 points and held the host Carson Senators to 21 in the Raiders league triumph on Thursday.

The Raiders now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McQueen for a contest on Saturday, January 7. Reed will meet a Lancers team coming off a 29-22 league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 8-4.

The Senators (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers enter the contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, McQueen nudged Reed (Sparks, NV), 44-7, in a league contest.
