The Tigers now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Duplin for a non-league battle on Friday, January 6. James Kenan will confront a Panthers team coming off a 31-23 non-league win over Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-0.

The Blue Devils (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Kinston (Kinston, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Kinston was nudged by Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC), 35-13, in a league battle.
