In Thursday's league challenge, the Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME) ice hockey team bounced the visiting Leavitt Hornets (Turner, ME), by a margin of 6-1.
The Dragons now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Cape Elizabeth for a Class B South challenge on Saturday, January 7. Brunswick will play a Capers team coming off a 8-1 league win over Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME). The Capers record now stands at 3-1.
The Hornets (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags come into the Class B South challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Cheverus nipped Gorham (Gorham, ME), 1-0, in a league challenge.
