Workman Lobos (City of Industry, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Nogales Nobles (La Puente, CA), 54-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Workman upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Lobos travel to Azusa (Azusa, CA) to play the Aztecs in a bout on Thursday, January 12. The Aztecs go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Azusa lost 64-20 in their recent non-league bout against Charter Oak (Covina, CA)

Next up, the Nobles play the Duarte Falcons (Duarte, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Nogales will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 35-30 non-league loss to Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA).
