The Lamar Raiders soccer team scored 10 points and limited the visiting Magnolia Heights Chiefs to 1 in the Raiders league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Raiders face the St. Joseph Catholic Bruins (Madison, MS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 10. Lamar will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Bruins enter the contest with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pillow Academy (Greenwood, MS).
The Chiefs now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9.
