In Friday's league match, the host Branchville Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a tight 46-43 triumph over the Allendale-Fairfax Tigers.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets meet the Royal Live Oaks Academy Royal Knights (Hardeeville, SC) in a A Region 7 match, on Tuesday, January 9.
