The Medicine Valley Raiders basketball team (Curtis, NE), was toppled 41-32 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Arapahoe Warriors (Arapahoe, NE)
The Warriors now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loomis for a D1 District 9 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Arapahoe will confront a Wolves team coming off a 59-50 non-league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE). The Wolves record now stands at 6-6.
The Raiders (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Sandhills Valley (Stapleton, NE). The Mavericks come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Sandhills Valley was toppled by South Loup (Arnold, NE), 64-25, in a non-league battle.
