The Ashwaubenon Jaguars basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Sheboygan South Redwings to 58 in the Jaguars league triumph on Friday.
The Jaguars now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pulaski for a Fox River Classic contest on Tuesday, January 9. Ashwaubenon will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 90-57 league win over Green Bay Preble (Green Bay, WI). The Red Raiders record now stands at 6-4.
The Redwings (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bay Port (Green Bay, WI). The Pirates enter the Fox River Classic contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Bay Port nudged Green Bay Southwest (Green Bay, WI), 59-40, in a league contest.
