Wisconsin High School Basketball - Union Grove can't hold off Badger

The Badger Badgers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Union Grove Broncos to 45 in the Badgers league triumph on Friday.
The Badgers now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beloit Memorial for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Badger will battle a Purple Knights team coming off a 95-44 non-league win over Wilmot (Wilmot, WI). The Purple Knights record now stands at 8-1.
The Broncos (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Waterford (Waterford, WI). The Wolverines enter the Southern Lakes contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Waterford nudged Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI), 50-47, in a league contest.
