With the victory, Proviso East improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to confront the Griffins in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Lincoln-Way East won 48-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Centennial (Champaign, IL)

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Berwyn/Cicero Morton will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 74-64 non-league loss to Wauconda (Wauconda, IL).
