Arizona High School Basketball - Bisbee trounces Santa Rita

The Bisbee Pumas (Bisbee, AZ) basketball crushed the host Santa Rita Eagles (Tucson, AZ), 59-35 in Friday's league test.

The Pumas (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Morenci (Morenci, AZ). The Wildcats go into the 2A East test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Morenci walloped Tombstone (Tombstone, AZ), 85-43, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Pima for a 2A East test on Monday, January 8. Santa Rita will encounter a Roughriders squad coming off a 41-38 non-league loss to Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ). The Roughriders record now stands at 4-4.
