The Bloomfield Bombers basketball team (Bloomfield, NY), was overwhelmed 80-45 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Lyons Lions (Lyons, NY)
The Lions now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clyde-Savannah for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Lyons will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 62-40 league loss to North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-8.
The Bombers (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Harley Allendale Columbia (Rochester, NY). The Wolves come into the Section 5 Finger Lakes - West battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Harley Allendale Columbia trounced Naples (Naples, NY), 68-32, in a league battle.
