Eagle Mustangs (Eagle, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Borah Lions (Boise, ID), 65-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Eagle upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Capital (Boise, ID) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a 5A Southern Idaho bout on Thursday, January 11. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Capital won 77-53 in their recent non-league bout against Skyview (Nampa, ID)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Kuna Kavemen (Kuna, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho bout, on Thursday, January 11. Borah will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Kavemen go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 47-39 league loss to Boise (Boise, ID).
