The Boyden-Hull Comets basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Sheldon Orabs to 61 in the Comets league victory on Friday.

The Comets now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host George-Little Rock for a Siouxland contest on Tuesday, January 9. Boyden-Hull will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-46 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Remsen, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.

The Orabs (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn dropped by Harris-Lake Park (Lake Park, IA), 63-25, in a league contest.
