The Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans (Bridgewater, MA) basketball nipped the visiting New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA), 72-69 in Friday's league test.

The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Brockton (Brockton, MA). The Boxers go into the South East test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Brockton was tipped by Durfee (Fall River, MA), 71-58, in a league test.

The Whalers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Dartmouth for a South East test on Tuesday, January 9.
