Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT) and the host Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT), saw Canyon View's basketball squad wallop Juab by a tally of 57-36.

With the victory, Canyon View improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Emery (Castle Dale, UT) to confront the Spartans in a 3A Region 12 challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Emery lost 77-67 in their recent league challenge against Manti (Manti, UT)

Next up, the Wasps confront the Delta Rabbits (Delta, UT) in a 3A Region 12 challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Juab will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Rabbits come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 62-56 league win over North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT).
