Washington High School Basketball - Chelan overwhelms Cascade

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA) and the host Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA), saw Chelan's basketball squad wallop Cascade by a tally of 62-26.
With the victory, Chelan improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Mountain Goats host Cashmere (Cashmere, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a 1A Caribou Trail challenge on Monday, January 8. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Cashmere won 77-63 in their recent league challenge against Omak (Omak, WA)
Next up, the Kodiaks play the Omak Pioneers (Omak, WA) in a 1A Caribou Trail challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Cascade will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 76-64 non-league win over Tonasket (Tonasket, WA).
