Fort Kent Warriors (Fort Kent, ME) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME), 63-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fort Kent upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Warriors host Easton (Easton, ME) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 5-2.

Next up, the Panthers play the Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME) in a D North bout, on Saturday, January 6. Central Aroostook will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Pandas go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 50-47 non-league loss to Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME).
