The Central Holmes Christian Trojans (Lexington, MS) basketball knocked off the host Manchester Academy Mavericks (Yazoo City, MS), 50-32 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Benton Academy (Benton, MS). The Raiders go into the MAIS 3A District 2 test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Benton Academy went down by Leake Academy (Madden, MS), 82-40, in a non-league test.

The Mavericks now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Delta Streets Academy for a MAIS 4A District 2 test on Tuesday, January 16.
