In Friday's league outing, the Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Chicago University Maroons (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 59-22.

The Knights (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against North Shore Country Day (Winnetka, IL). The Raiders go into the Independent School outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, North Shore Country Day was trounced by Rowe-Clark (Chicago, IL), 65-50, in a non-league outing.

The Maroons now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Bulls College Prep for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 9. Chicago University will clash with a Bulls squad coming off a 58-36 non-league loss to Kamehameha Kapalama (Honolulu, HI). The Bulls record now stands at 5-12.
