The Cincinnati Country Day Nighthawks basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Cincinnati Christian Cougars to 48 in the Nighthawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Bernard-Elmwood Place for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, January 9. Cincinnati Country Day will meet a Titans team coming off a 51-38 non-league win over New Miami (Hamilton, OH). The Titans record now stands at 5-4.

The Cougars (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against New Miami (Hamilton, OH). The Vikings enter the Miami Valley - Miami contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, New Miami was outscored by St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (St. Bernard, OH), 51-38, in a non-league contest.
