The Spartans now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chicopee Comp for a Suburban - South battle on Monday, January 8. East Longmeadow will battle a Colts team coming off a 82-42 non-league loss to Putnam Vo-Tech (Springfield, MA). The Colts record now stands at 5-2.

The Red Raiders (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Westfield (Westfield, MA). The Bombers come into the Suburban - South battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Westfield beat Ludlow (Ludlow, MA), 77-47, in a non-league battle.
