With the victory, Cuba City improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Cubans host Southwestern (Hazel Green, WI) to confront the Wildcats in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Cassville Comets (Cassville, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Iowa-Grant will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 59-56 league loss to Potosi (Potosi, WI).
