The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Fremont won 66-52 in their recent league bout against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)

Next up, the Bruins play the Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Santa Clara will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 61-57 league win over Homestead (Cupertino, CA).
