Good Hope Raiders (Cullman, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Lawrence Eagles (Trinity, AL), 75-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Good Hope upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Raiders host West Morgan (Trinity, AL) to clash with the Rebels in a 4A Area 13 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 6-11. West Morgan lost 50-48 in their recent non-league bout against Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Priceville Bulldogs (Priceville, AL) in a 4A Area 13 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. East Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 43-32 non-league win over Clements (Athens, AL).
