Lone Peak Big Horns (Gallatin Gateway, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ennis Mustangs (Ennis, MT), 52-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Lone Peak upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Big Horns travel to Broadwater (Townsend, MT) to play the Bulldogs in a B District 5 bout on Saturday, January 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Broadwater lost 79-58 in their recent league bout against Manhattan (Manhattan, MT)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Jefferson Panthers (Boulder, MT) in a B District 5 bout, on Saturday, January 6. Ennis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 62-49 league win over Whitehall/Willow Creek (Whitehall, MT).
