The Fullerton Warriors basketball team (Fullerton, NE), dropped 64-53 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Heartland Huskies (Henderson, NE)

The Huskies now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cross County for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 6. Heartland will battle a Cougars team coming off a 49-25 non-league win over Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 9-3.

The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE). The Wolfpack go into the D1 District 5 outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Elgin/Pope John defeated Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NE), 51-45, in a non-league outing.
