With the victory, Taylor upgrades its record to 6-14 on the campaign. The Ducks travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, TX) to play the Hornets in a 4A Region III District 22 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 11-14. Caldwell won 71-66 in their recent league bout against Manor New Tech (Manor, TX)

Next up, the Buffaloes play the La Grange Leopards (La Grange, TX) in a 4A Region III District 22 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Giddings will attempt to upgrade on its 6-14 season record. The Leopards come into the bout with a 16-8 record after their 72-39 league win over Austin Achieve (Austin, TX).
