The Whitney Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Glenn Eagles to 14 in the Wildcats league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Artesia for a 605 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Whitney will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 50-47 league loss to Cerritos (Cerritos, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-6.

The Eagles (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA). The Patriots come into the 605 contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Oxford Academy was routed by Pioneer (Whittier, CA), 68-52, in a league contest.
