Arkansas High School Basketball - Greene County Tech knocked off by Nettleton

The Nettleton Raiders basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Greene County Tech Golden Eagles to 57 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marion for a 5A East contest on Tuesday, January 9. Nettleton will battle a Patriots team coming off a 62-55 non-league loss to Houston (Germantown, TN). The Patriots record now stands at 9-2.

The Golden Eagles (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Batesville (Batesville, AR). The Pioneers enter the 5A East contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Batesville was defeated by Valley View (Jonesboro, AR), 51-26, in a league contest.
