The Hackleburg Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Vina Red Devils to 20 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colbert Heights for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Hackleburg will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 77-44 league loss to Colbert County (Leighton, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-8.
The Red Devils (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL). The Bobcats come into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record.
