Texas High School Basketball - Hays ripped by Rouse

The Rouse Raiders basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Hays Hawks to 37 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenn for a 5A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Rouse will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 57-47 league loss to Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 14-8.

The Hawks (12-13) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX). The Panthers enter the 5A Region IV District 25 contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Liberty Hill triumphed over Lockhart (Lockhart, TX), 90-33, in a league contest.
